Te Rangihīroa University College Ball took place on their home turf, a showstopper for their very first ball. We worked with the extremely talented staff at Te Rangihīroa to create a magical winter themed night for their residents. The ball was both inside and out, making use of their courtyard to house our Gravity inflatable cube for the DJ, sound and lighting. Leaving a more peaceful experience inside for the photobooth and photography backdrop.

Decorations around the venue really set the theme for an unforgettable night. With the LED trees inside lighting up the space, supplying a bit of mood lighting. To the snowflake gobos covering the entire outside wall.

The photobooth was chosen to be in their theatre room, leaving us wow’ed with the modern touch their lights left combined with our photobooth front and center.
On the other side of the halls of residence, LED uplights leading the path, we had our professional photographer and photography backdrop for the residents to make use of. Our photographer did not stop, strategically using any break in the backdrop line to take roaming photos around the venue, dancefloor and of anyone who flagged them down for a group shot. They made sure to capture every moment to make lasting memories.

Moving to the inflatable cube, we had our extremely talented DJ setting the vibes and getting everyone up and moving all night long. Positioned in between an impressive array of lighting, a well fitted backdrop for a cranking dancefloor! To top it off, we had the star of the inflatables cubes show, the disco ball. This lit up the inflatable cube with an impressive amount of rays of light, the perfect touch a perfect night.
